Who We Are

The Pipestem Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3). It was chartered by a Certificate of Incorporation, dated November 3, 1980, by the Secretary of State of West Virginia.

​

It is our mission is to aid, strengthen, preserve, protect, and further in every proper and useful way the services of Pipestem Resort State Park.​

What We Do

Working hand-in-hand with Pipestem Resort State Park we provide support and assistance constructing and improving park facilities.
